Meet Steve
Steve Rosenblatt is the owner and President of the Spectrum Companies: SPECTRUM SEMINARS INC. and Spectrum Enterprises Inc. He has been involved with Federal housing programs for over 23 years and has been recognized nationally for his knowledge and expertise on Rural Development 515, HUD Programs, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and the Fair Housing and 504 Laws. Mr. Rosenblatt has been conducting training seminars throughout the United States since 1986 and has established a reputation for excellence in his field. He has authored several compliance manuals, has served as a consultant for both Federal and State Agencies. He has also served as an advisor and/or expert witness in Fair Housing cases around the United States.
