Q. What time do the seminars begin?

A. Check-in begins at 8:15 and classes begin at 9 am for all Spectrum courses.

Q. What is the passing score for the C3P and the S.T.A.R. exams?

A. Passing is a score of 80 or above out of 100 questions.

Q. I have a training book from a few years ago... can I get an updated training manual without taking the course?

A. Many changes have occured in both the RD and the Tax Credit programs, we suggest that if you have not taken the training within the last year, that you do so in order to get the latest information on changes in policy and regulations.
