SPECTRUM S.T.A.R. CERTIFICATION SEMINAR - A comprehensive 2-day training and certification on the Rural Development 515 Program
The S.T.A.R. training will include all changes from the 3560 Regulation effective 2-24-05 as well as all other pertinent Rural Development regulations. Site Resident and Property Managers should take the S.T.A.R. to be sure they are in compliance of all RD requirements.


Course Description

  • Nationally recognized certification program for owners and managers.
  • A comprehensive 2-day training and certification exam on the Rural Development 515 Program. Course material includes important overview of 3560 and Handbook Regulation & Handbook.
